We ship from Toronto Ontario, Canada and are currently only shipping within Canada and to the USA through this website. For Canadian residence paying with e-Transfer, orders will be voided if payment is not received within 24 hours. For Canadian residence choosing lettermail on cassette orders, cassettes will be shipped with no case. (Cases are to big to be shipped in lettermail). 

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL. Please check photos, condition and all sizing information on items before ordering.

Orders will be shipped within three business days of receiving your order. Orders with tracking, will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. All tracked packages will be insured, in Canada up to a maximum of $400 CAD and the USA up to a maximum of $300 USD. 

*USA customers. To avoid duty, keep orders under $800 USD per shipment, per day. Split and staggered shipping available, just order multiple orders within the price allowance. For larger orders, contact us here first before ordering to get a better shipping rate. 

For letter mail within Canada, please allow at least 3 weeks for arrival and 5 - 7 weeks to the USA. 

We are not responsible for misdirected, damaged or stolen packages, shipping times or duty/custom charges. Lettermail is not insured or tracked, choose at your own risk.
